Wouldn’t it be just amazing if all your content was acknowledged to be “certified authentic” by Google and pushed up in search because of it?
Well, it’s time to do a little happy dance, because there’s something extremely cool waiting for all of us who create original content or help those who do. All you have to do is claim it.
But it’s a little tricky to pull off. So find out what you need to do in this brief video.
And at the end, there’s also a free opportunity to boost your social profile. So what are you still waiting for?
Dive in and get the 411!
Our exclusive free webinar will be held on Tuesday July 2 at 2PM ET.
Details about the Google Hangout (what else?) will arrive in your inbox in the next couple of days!
Oh, and don’t forget to join my circles on Google + after you get your account!

Steve,
How do you get so much wisdom? I enjoy all of your posts and videos. The lessons are invaluable!
Thank you!
Jorge
Thank you, Jorge. Your check’s in the mail 🙂
Seriously though, I’m glad you found it helpful.
Hi Steve! Thanks for sharing this – sounds like a real G-send! 🙂
Having had trouble navigating Google’s “simple signups” in the past, I really appreciate that you’ve arranged for a comprehensible explanation!
Does the “ID” need to be in place before a video or article is posted, or can it be added to existing content retroactively?
It can be retroactive with no problem!
You have grabbed my attention. Sound great
Love your style, you always present value packed content. Will probably have to wait for the replay, 3am in the morning where I live. Please send us an email when recording is uploaded!
brilliant video thanks
Any chance of a sum up like 1.2.3. what the steps are, also my current google email is not my full name, should I do that?
kindly
Alexander
If I could sum it up that easily we wouldn’t need the webinar 🙂
Your gmail account is not the best one to use, though it’s fine. The name in the email is not important. However, if practical, get yourself an email linked to your business. That will be the best one to link to your Authorship ID.
I’m “in.” Social media gets mind boggling as to what’s “best.” This sounds interesting and promising.
Great content, and engaging presentation! 🙂
Hi Steve – Brilliant phrase, “transforming awkward kind into cool kids.” It gets to the heart of what introverts have to become by using their gifts of depth and insight to make a difference in the world. I love to help sensitive professionals to transform stage fright into authentic presence so they can be who they are in front of people and cameras. You are making a rich contribution to the collective in teaching people to appear in and use video. Thanks for al you are doing!

Thank you, Sandra. I love the way you expressed those ideas. We do have a special place in our hearts for introverts. I think they can make better videos than most people. In fact, I have a video about that here somewhere 🙂
Hey Steven!
I want to thank you for helping me to obtain my google authorship ID. I knew when you mentioned this in your video that it is very important for me as a presentation, public speaking & voice coach and author.
When I could not figure this out myself, I just called the video wizard at Brainyvideo.com, YOU! You were on the job immediately. In less than 24 hours, you set up my authorship ID. Thanks so much for your help.
If people want to see how it looks and works, they can visit the post I sent this morning that has the google + author at the bottom of the post . Find it at http://www.self-expression.com/speaking-freely/keeping-your-feet-on-the-ground-not-a-cure-for-anxiety-but-a-big-help/ . You will see a link below my video that says Author’s Google+ which takes people to my google + page. Very cool! And also very smart marketing!
Thanks for being there to share you expertise. You are making a big difference in my life!
